This project was really challenging for me. I got the most help from Tyler. Tyler helped me figure out how I needed to fix my motor so that both of my butterflies wings would flap. I used his feedback to make my butterfly actually work. During this project I made a mechanical butterfly that lit up and had moving wings. I learned how to make a parallel and series circuit, wire a motor, and make a butterfly! I think my butterfly's wings looked and worked really well in this project. I struggled with getting my motor and my battery to work. One moment they would both be working and the next the battery wouldn't be working or the motor would stop working. I got really frustrating but I overcame it by really focusing on what I was doing and finding the problem. At the last half hour I finally got my butterfly working and I was super happy! It turned out really great and everyone loved it. I think that I did well focusing when I needed to and being a self advocate. I think that I could have improved on my time management throughout this project. If I could change anything about this project, I don't know what I would change. I think I would keep it the same.
