For the Kindness Study Project I choose to put up papers around the high school and middle school that said "take what you need" on them then underneath that it had a list of things a person might want or need. This is the list of things that people would take: love, hope, faith, understanding, encouragement, patience, courage, peace, passion, healing, strength, beauty, and freedom. These posters were extremely appreciated by everyone who saw them. As I was walking through the schools I heard comments such as "this is amazing" "Why didn't we think of this" and "we really do need this". Those comments made me feel like I was doing a good thing, that was helping other people become happier with themselves. I loved this project, but I feel like it shouldn't have to take an planned out, required project for people to do these random acts of kindness. Everyone should be open to doing things like this all of the time with out being told. It makes you, and all of the people around you feel great about themselves and it might even inspire someone to pass that on. One random act of kindness can go very far and make a stranger ten times happier!
